Supports the U.S. Attorney’s Office Asset Forfeiture Section by reviewing investigative reports, evaluating cases, researching forfeiture law, preparing pleadings and legal memoranda, organizing discovery and evidence, managing witnesses, supporting settlements and court proceedings, and assisting attorneys with criminal and civil forfeiture actions.

Support DEA litigation by performing advanced legal research and writing, reviewing investigative reports, drafting memoranda, motions, briefs and correspondence, coordinating with teams, preparing training and legislative comments, and assisting attorneys while supervising paralegals and clerks.

Provide litigation and courtroom support for the US Attorney's Office: conduct witness interviews, prepare pleadings and reports, manage case files and exhibits, perform title/deed reviews, analyze data and produce charts, and develop systems for tracking case materials.
