Perform vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and forensic-type analysis of systems. Identify attack vectors, recommend countermeasures and policy improvements, and produce formal/informal reports and briefings for government customers.

Design, develop, implement, and optimize relational and object-oriented databases, parsers, and loading software. Create schemas, ad-hoc queries, scripts, macros, and ODBC/cloud integrations. Support systems from requirements through testing and Initial Operational Capability, and recommend system improvements and optimizations.

Perform static and dynamic analysis of malicious binaries and assembly to determine functionality, attribution, and indicators of compromise. Produce documentation enabling detection, signature creation, and mitigation. Apply techniques to defeat anti-analysis measures and support customer operations.

Designs, implements, and maintains security software tools and subsystems for the IC GovCloud. Performs vulnerability and gap analyses, evaluates COTS/GOTS solutions, defines interfaces, deploys hardware/software, manages testing/integration, conducts database administration and system health monitoring, and provides training and QA oversight.

Lead systems engineering activities: analyze user and system requirements, develop system architecture and design documentation, guide integration and verification, support DoD frameworks (DoDAF, SOA), participate in CCBs and IPTs, interact with government stakeholders, and ensure technical integrity across development, integration, testing, and C&A/JCIDS processes.
