Provides paralegal support for misuse-of-identity and general expunction matters. Screens inquiries, researches criminal and court records, identifies clerical errors, drafts and files petitions and orders, and coordinates compliance activities with courts, law enforcement, DPS, the Sheriff’s Office, and prosecutors. Manages multiple cases, deadlines, records, redactions, data corrections, and related litigation-support tasks.

Support attorneys and administrative staff in the Domestic Violence Division by managing and organizing case files, preparing dockets, answering phones, interacting with the public, handling emails, and performing clerical tasks such as scanning and e-filing. Interns act as primary support personnel and follow other tasks as directed.
