Own day-to-day vehicle pricing execution and exception management across channels. Review model outputs, implement documented manual overrides, monitor pricing outcomes, analyze post-execution trends, support testing, recommend auction strategies and process improvements, and escalate pricing risks to stakeholders.

Manage and supervise vehicle titling operations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Oversee title releases, repossessions, maintenance, and paper title requests; liaise with DealerTrack, custodian banks, and collateral management. Maintain quality control, monitor metrics, provide training, resolve complex title issues, and support leadership on projects.

Manage and track collateral documents, liaise with partners/vendors/banks, clear title exceptions, prepare reports and borrower/dealer correspondence, escalate unresolved issues, and perform clerical duties to maintain collateral quality and custodian transfers.
