Lead enterprise payments fraud risk program: design and embed transaction-centric detection and mitigation across ACH, wires, cards, checks and RTP. Build real-time detection, analytics, integrated fraud/AML controls, governance, investigations, case management, and cross-functional collaboration to protect payments while enabling business growth.

Examine, analyze, and maintain company accounting records to ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance research, and reports. Lead Salesforce custom development, integrations, automation, and DevOps. Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), implement CI/CD, troubleshoot systems, enforce security and data best practices, mentor engineers, document configurations, and support cross-functional projects to meet business KPIs and SLAs.

Manage and coordinate vehicle title processing and lien perfection. Act as liaison with collateral management, custodian bank, and internal teams to resolve title issues. Maintain title status reporting and quality control, research and resolve title problems, protect consumer confidentiality, and perform related administrative tasks.

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions using Azure, .NET, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, containers, and messaging. Monitor and troubleshoot systems, implement automation, document solutions, track KPIs/SLAs, and collaborate with product and business teams to align technical work with organizational goals.
