Build and lead the Launch & Propulsion analysis organization: define analysis philosophy and margin policy; oversee structural, thermal, and CFD analyses; develop toolchain and automated workflows; correlate models with test/flight data; hire and grow the team; set documentation and V&V standards; coordinate with design, test, manufacturing, and assurance; and present substantiation at program milestones.

Lead hydrodynamic design of rocket engine turbopumps from concept through test and qualification. Predict head, flow, efficiency, and suction margin across operating conditions; perform meanline/throughflow and single-/multiphase CFD analyses; define and execute pump test campaigns; iterate with manufacturing; support hot-fire operations, anomaly investigations, and design improvements; develop tools and best practices.

Lead development and analysis of launch and spacecraft trajectories, orbital propagation and station-keeping, mission design and contingency planning, flight dynamics simulation tooling, and cross-disciplinary systems investigations to validate guidance and control profiles.

Own aerospace fluid subsystems from concept through flight, including propulsion valves, feed systems, tanks, pressure controls, and pneumatic systems. Design, analyze, integrate, test, and document hardware while balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, and schedule. Perform fluid, structural, thermal, tolerance, and FEA analyses; execute qualification and acceptance testing; troubleshoot anomalies; and support manufacturing, vehicle integration, hot-fire testing, fill/drain operations, and refurbishment.

Design, analyze, test, and deliver flight mechanisms from concept through flight. Responsibilities include structural and kinematic design for low mass, FEA and tolerance analysis, authoring qualification tests and drawings, hands-on prototyping and manufacturing support, troubleshooting anomalies, and supporting launch operations and refurbishment planning.

Own the design and lifecycle of spacecraft liquid cooling loops for GPU compute hardware. Responsibilities include fluid-system analysis, component sizing, mechanical packaging, ground testbed development, qualification testing, documentation, supplier coordination, anomaly resolution, and cross-functional spacecraft integration. The role requires hands-on hardware development from concept through flight and expertise in fluids, thermal systems, mechanical design, and space-environment qualification.

Design and implement motor controls, embedded firmware, and closed-loop control for spacecraft fluid systems. Develop automated fill/drain/vent sequences, perform modeling and HIL testing, integrate sensors and actuators, create FDIR logic, and support integration, hot-fire testing, and anomaly investigation to deliver flight-ready control solutions.
