Lead and execute hotel sales strategy for a high-volume Mission Valley property, balancing strategic direction (60%) with hands-on revenue generation (40%). Manage one Sales Manager, prospect and close group/project-based and extended-stay business, maintain pipeline and forecasting, partner with revenue management, and drive local market penetration through networking and creative commercial strategies.
