Provide onsite Tier 2/3 network and end-user support for enterprise infrastructure. Manage Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco Meraki environments, troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN and endpoint issues, perform onboarding/offboarding, maintain network documentation, assist with security audits, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalations.

Provide administrative HR support including onboarding, HRIS maintenance, I-9/E-Verify and background checks, new hire orientation, employee records management, payroll processing assistance, and support for performance management and general HR inquiries.

Lead configuration, implementation, and administration of OneTrust for consent, cookie, and preference management. Build branded front-end consent experiences, support integrations with CRM/CMS/analytics, manage DSR workflows and privacy operations, produce documentation, test and validate releases, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and global privacy standards in regulated healthcare and life sciences environments.

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI. Build and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures, contribute to data warehouse and BI implementations, troubleshoot data quality and performance issues, lead sprint development tasks, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with architects and business stakeholders.

Provide onsite deskside IT support for biotech/pharma clients: troubleshoot and escalate issues, follow ticketing processes, apply ITIL practices, perform backup remediation, patch management, root-cause analysis, password retrieval, document solutions and communicate timelines. May require on-call or off-hours work. Professional fluency in German and English required.

Support execution of marketing initiatives across events, content, digital campaigns, and website operations. Coordinate event logistics, maintain a centralized content library and version control, assist with website updates, schedule LinkedIn content, help build email campaigns, perform light copy updates, and track post-event performance. Part-time with potential for full-time conversion.

Test and validate DATAstream data loads, BI dashboards, reports, and pipelines. Build and execute test plans, perform SQL-based data quality checks, regression testing, and support UAT. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to find and resolve defects and ensure documentation and audit compliance.

Provide high-touch desktop and end-user support in a predominantly macOS environment for biotech/pharma clients. Troubleshoot hardware, software, access issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, administer macOS via MDM, handle tickets in Jira, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain secure, productive end-user computing.
