Join the Growth team to own GTM for multi-product, multi-geography expansion. Lead demand generation, outbound, trade fairs, new product launches, and build scalable GTM systems while partnering with Sales, AM, RevOps, and Product.

Create governance, inventories, dashboards, committee reporting, and escalation pathways to embed ERM into decision-making, product launches, and vendor management across the company.

Design, build, and ship production banking systems handling high-value financial flows at scale. Work on APIs, transaction processing, blockchain integrations, and core banking infrastructure with increasing ownership and autonomy.

Build and scale the infrastructure platform: AWS and Kubernetes operations, Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response. Own large projects end-to-end, improve developer experience, automate workflows, and ensure banking-grade reliability and compliance.

Own Payments & Accounts product for a programmable bank: design and ship the global payment stack (US rails, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS), programmable accounts (DDAs, FBOs, virtual accounts), and APIs. Work with engineering, design, and customers to define roadmap, unblock delivery, scale deposits and payments, and build platform features that differentiate Augustus in regulated, stablecoin-native clearing.

Senior IC responsible for designing and implementing core banking systems that integrate digital assets, stablecoins and blockchain. Own end-to-end projects, make system-level design decisions, collaborate with product and clients, ship reliable, low-latency backend services, and mentor junior engineers.
