Lead branch operations supporting the Executive Director: oversee wellness, aquatics, membership, childcare and program quality; manage budgets and revenue growth; recruit, train, and develop staff; build community partnerships; support fundraising and ensure policy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Act as ED in their absence.

Provide front-desk and office support for the Community Justice Support Center: register participants, answer phones, maintain records and files, manage supplies and purchase orders, log drug testing results, assist with meetings/trainings, and perform other administrative duties to support staff and community partners.

Lead enterprise risk management (ERM) across the Association: develop ERM systems, safety/training programs, policies, incident reporting, claims management, and contingency planning. Chair Safety & Risk Committee, drive audits and data-driven risk analysis, train staff, partner with leaders and external parties, and support insurance and compliance activities to protect assets and ensure regulatory adherence.

Lead and build the Advancement Operations function, overseeing gift processing, data management, prospect research, systems/analytics (Raiser's Edge), policy and process development, cross‑departmental alignment, and supervision of advancement operations staff to support fundraising growth and compliance.

Provide front-desk membership service, support and promote programs/events, ensure facility safety and cleanliness, perform opening/closing duties, assist with equipment setup, handle minor fiscal tasks, and back up membership desk as needed.

Lead membership sales and retention by creating recruitment strategies, conducting tours/onboarding, tracking KPIs, managing Welcome Center staff, coordinating community outreach and events, overseeing budgets and promotions, and driving member engagement and fundraising.
