Support MBSE-driven systems engineering for DoD/IC programs: develop and integrate system models, architectures, requirements, interfaces, and verification approaches; perform mission analysis and AoA; contribute to program integration and deliver briefings to government leadership and stakeholders.

Design, develop, and integrate complex systems and network solutions. Analyze user requirements, system capabilities, and workflows to improve or automate systems. Lead technology migration and architecture strategies supporting CIO direction for infrastructure evolution.

Provide cloud-focused information systems security engineering: assess security requirements, review SSPs/SRTMs, advise on cloud security and network designs, coordinate with development teams, perform security testing, and support RMF and migration from on-prem to cloud.

Design and implement RPA and BPM infrastructure. Recommend architectures, stand up initial development workstations, pursue ATO on AWS U/S/C2S, ensure secure communications per NGA guidelines, enforce least-privilege access, and install approved RPA tools in production.

Develop custom C++, Python, and CUDA components for deep neural networks, design and run experiments on overhead imagery, containerize environments with Docker/Singularity, and deploy models to partner platforms for evaluation.

Provide system administration to sustain and restore hardware, software, and network services. Manage user accounts, email, backups, patching, firewall, server and switch builds, OS imaging, virtualization, configuration management, auditing, and security coordination to support development enclaves. Prepare procurement and support events, office moves, and printer/equipment maintenance. Requires TS/SCI clearance.

Lead development and evaluation of algorithms for synthetic aperture radar imagery, prototype confidence-scoring procedures, refine V&V processes, enhance models for automated tasking, develop and run scripts (Databricks, Python, Jupyter), and produce presentations and reports for government stakeholders.

Maintain and improve configuration management processes, tools, and CMDB for computer systems, networks, workstations, and software. Track configuration changes, perform CMDB audits, coordinate actions and issues, and review/edit technical documentation. Implement CM processes per guidelines and support distribution of performance and production software.

Maintain and operate multi-user computer systems: create/administer accounts, install system software, tune performance, allocate storage, perform backup/recovery, document systems, coordinate with network engineers, and develop/monitor usage policies and standards.

Provide systems engineering support across the project lifecycle: analyze, design, develop, deploy, and sustain enterprise hardware and applications; ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and PM control gates; produce cost analyses; brief senior management; may lead contractor teams.
