Designs and develops network architectures and implementation strategies for a government customer. Ensures compatibility with existing infrastructure, aligns solutions with organizational goals, evaluates technical feasibility, and supports network installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, security, firewall administration, and maintenance.

Designs and manages database architectures, schemas, dictionaries, migrations, performance monitoring, backups, recovery, security, and documentation. Provides time-sensitive financial management support for a government customer, including business case analysis, invoice and contract analysis, financial reporting, reconciliations, funding models, burn rate and obligation analysis, spend plan analysis, cost estimates, and acquisition strategy development.

Maintain and restore hardware, software, network, email, server, and workstation services across classified network environments. Manage accounts, backups, event logs, firewalls, patching, imaging, configuration management, diagnostics, procurement, virtualization, and security policies. Support software development enclaves, user requirements, equipment upgrades, server builds, switches, office moves, and emergency communications support.

Provides technical leadership and advisory support for Intelligence Community IT portfolios, focusing on cloud, enterprise architecture, systems integration, documentation, security, performance, and operational improvements. Evaluates technical challenges, develops transition plans and business cases, supports platform optimization, oversees service providers, troubleshoots IT issues, and advises government stakeholders on architecture and technology decisions.

Provides cybersecurity engineering support for government customer systems. Responsibilities include security requirements analysis, network design reviews, security testing, RMF and NIST 800-53 control implementation, vulnerability assessment, security documentation review, and authorization and accreditation guidance. The role coordinates with development teams, evaluates hardware and software security, and supports compliance with cybersecurity standards and customer information assurance processes.

Gather, refine, prioritize, and document requirements for ServiceNow applications and workflows supporting an Intelligence Community customer. Collaborate with senior leadership, developers, contractors, and technical teams to translate mission objectives into actionable requirements, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops, resolve requirements gaps, communicate risks and impacts, and support change management across cross-functional teams.

Leads budget formulation, execution, oversight, variance analysis, spend tracking, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for government customers. Prepares and briefs financial recommendations to senior leadership, oversees contractor spend and EAC reporting, presents CFSRs, supports budget drills and resource realignment, and conducts complex ad hoc financial analyses within IC, DoD, and NRO environments.

Provides cybersecurity engineering support for a government customer, including security recommendations, project security requirements, network design reviews, security testing, systems security analysis, and coordination with development teams to implement network security standards. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a favorable CI polygraph, DoD 8570 certification, and experience with crypto, COMSEC, and GEOINT.
