Serve as the IT subject-matter expert and technical advisor to the Government PM. Design, document, and visualize software, data, and service architectures; support cloud and enterprise architecture initiatives; provide technical oversight of service providers; analyze complex systems, integrate IT requirements, and advise on performance, availability, redundancy, data protection, and security. Facilitate IC metrics and support CONOPS and transition planning.

Perform expert-level technical analysis of adversary attacks against U.S. government critical infrastructure: collate multi-source data, identify vulnerabilities and adversary activity, fill intelligence gaps, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with partners, produce written and briefed analytic products, and maintain agency relationships to enhance mission performance.

Design, analyze, and implement network architectures ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and security requirements. Provide technical guidance, define viable solutions within timeline and budget, and perform configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network resources.

Provide operations and maintenance for servers, workstations, networks and email; manage user accounts, backups, firewall, patching, imaging, procurement, security/configuration management, and support developers across network enclaves. Perform diagnostics, audits, hardware/software installs, and emergency event support.

Support cyber security operations by compiling reporting metrics, validating network/system security, assessing vulnerabilities, producing threat analyses and mitigation recommendations, participating in design reviews and cyber defense groups, and preparing briefings and documentation for senior US government intelligence and operations officials.

Designs, tests, and troubleshoots optical and transport network circuits; maintains configuration database; coordinates with vendors and operations to resolve performance issues; performs requirements analysis, risk assessments, and documentation; serves as site liaison and provides transport engineering expertise for Intelligence Community networks.

Establish and maintain the system requirements repository; manage the requirements lifecycle including capture, change control, traceability, verification/validation, and reporting. Collaborate with customers, engineers, and software developers to elicit and document system, hardware, software, and data requirements and ensure functional and quality constraints are met.

Develop custom C++, Python, and CUDA components for deep neural networks, design and run experiments on overhead imagery, containerize environments with Docker/Singularity, and deploy models to partner platforms for evaluation.

Manage and direct IT programs: plan, coordinate, and integrate electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and programming. Perform day-to-day program management, develop long-term strategic objectives, execute horizontal integration planning, interface with other functional areas, and ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.

Design and implement RPA and BPM infrastructure. Recommend architectures, stand up initial development workstations, pursue ATO on AWS U/S/C2S, ensure secure communications per NGA guidelines, enforce least-privilege access, and install approved RPA tools in production.
