Manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across production, farm, support, administrative, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding communications, hiring events, pre-employment checks, ATS/HRIS maintenance, compliance, employer branding, and recruiting metrics. Partners with hiring managers, HR leadership, Communications, and Immigration to improve candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes.

Manage HR operations for more than 400 employees, including policy interpretation, employee and labor relations, staffing, onboarding, training, benefits, compensation, performance management, investigations, and personnel hearings. Coach employees and managers, support talent acquisition initiatives, advise leadership, resolve workplace concerns, and develop team capabilities while driving accountability and organizational success.

Manage inside foodservice accounts selling fresh and frozen pork products; identify and develop new accounts; quote prices and manage orders; collaborate with scheduling, product management and sales leadership; monitor market dynamics; prepare sales reports; assist customer visits and provide quality service.

Build, evaluate, and deploy production LLM-powered agents and AI-assisted applications end-to-end. Extend and maintain ontologies in Foundry/AIP, operate OpenClaw runtime, create reproducible evaluation pipelines, manage tokenomics and cost SLOs, scout new model and tooling R&D, and collaborate with IT/security and business teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.

Manage procurement of materials and ingredients for high-volume pork processing. Oversee purchasing and receiving team, create and manage purchase orders, set min/max inventory, collaborate with plant stakeholders, AP, Quality and Food Safety to ensure timely, compliant deliveries, support PPE and inventory cycle counts, produce management reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
