Own customer relationships with frontier AI labs across sales, project delivery, scope expansion, pricing, and contract negotiation. Partner with leadership and the platform team to keep RL environment engagements on track, translate customer feedback into priorities, and build the company’s go-to-market playbook. The role also involves public representation, market selection, and developing repeatable processes for selling, scoping, contracting, and delivering projects.
