Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase process, from understanding needs and demonstrating vehicles to test drives, financing, trade-ins, paperwork, delivery, and follow-up. Maintain organized CRM pipelines, build repeat and referral business, explain transparent pricing, and provide a positive customer experience. The role includes paid training, full-time evening and weekend schedules, and working indoors and outdoors on a sales floor.

Sell new and used Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge vehicles by greeting customers, guiding them through the sales process, conducting test drives, explaining financing and product benefits, using the Walser CRM to track interactions, meeting unit and PVR/VSC targets, following up with customers, and maintaining professional appearance and safety practices in service areas.

Provide administrative and front-desk support for dealership sales: process paperwork, assist with OEM and inventory reporting, schedule and prepare appointments, handle customer greetings and calls, manage deal jackets/plates, perform data entry and filing, and support Sales Managers with reporting and metrics.

Lead new-car sales strategy and execution, set pricing and model focus, coach sales teams, drive market share and profitability, align with marketing and F&I, manage inventory priorities, and report performance. Serve as primary communicator of strategy and support showroom and digital retail execution.

Provide administrative and front-desk support for the sales team: handle paperwork, OEM reporting, appointment management, deal jacket and plate log processing, customer greeting and calls, data entry, and assist Sales Managers with metrics and reporting.
