Sell new and used Toyota vehicles by greeting customers, guiding them through test drives and financing, using the Walser CRM, meeting store unit/PVR/VSC targets, and following up post-sale. Maintain professional appearance, complete required safety practices in service areas, and support Walser core values.

Manage dealership lot operations including vehicle inspections, DMS data entry, invoices, pricing, audits, and staff hiring/training/discipline. Maintain lot inventory and supplies, ensure compliance with company processes, support staff development, and perform related administrative duties to uphold dealership standards.

Manage and coach the dealership sales team to meet sales and gross objectives; oversee F&I process and ancillary product sales; recruit, train, discipline, and evaluate staff; enforce company policies and compliance; improve customer satisfaction and showroom close rates; coordinate with finance and recruiting; handle scheduling, payroll administration, and operational duties.

Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and record retail, wholesale, and internal car sales. Reconcile billing and documentation issues with store personnel, process daily corporate correspondence, verify payoffs and receivables, and support corporate finance with administrative and data management tasks.

Manage and optimize new-vehicle inventory for assigned stores using proprietary and market data. Recommend pricing and inventory strategies, maintain pricing matrices, audit counts and hold-status units, monitor aging inventory and market share, complete DMS/OEM paperwork, and support sales staff inquiries to align inventory with store goals and gross profit targets.

Lead the dealership F&I strategy, train and manage sales and customer specialist staff, ensure F&I compliance and AFIP adherence, oversee deal structuring and funding support, perform daily reporting and audits, and drive performance through coaching and action plans to increase F&I revenue.

Provide administrative and front-desk support for the dealership sales team: process and recap deals, assist with OEM reporting and inventory, prepare metrics and reports, greet customers, answer calls, manage appointments and plate log, handle data entry and receipts, and ensure compliance with Walser service procedures and safety requirements.
