Design, build, and maintain customer and partner integrations using CorePlan APIs, events, and data platforms. Translate workflows into technical requirements, deliver end-to-end integrations, collaborate with customers and vendors during discovery and go-live, and monitor/support production integrations while contributing to documentation and integration standards.

Own post‑implementation success for a portfolio of SaaS customers: run regular check‑ins, monitor account health, maintain CRM, coordinate cross‑functional actions, evolve post‑implementation playbooks, lead escalations, and occasionally run onboarding and implementations to drive adoption and long‑term advocacy.
