Manage implementation of a federal executive coaching program for DOT, serving as the primary client contact. Coordinate participant intake, coach matching, scheduling, staffing, documentation, quality control, reporting, stakeholder communications, and performance tracking across 11 operating administrations. Maintain confidentiality, support coach onboarding and surge capacity, prepare executive briefings, and ensure compliance with contract, privacy, and professional coaching requirements.
