Support the Head of Partnerships by maintaining partnership plans and CRM records, coordinating meetings and regional activity, producing reports and relationship maps, conducting research and sector intelligence, and assisting bids and administrative tasks to strengthen client relationships and retention.

Use customer feedback, performance data and analytics to develop KPIs, reporting and early warning indicators; identify trends, root causes and risks; recommend and embed practical improvements across regions; support operational teams, clients and senior stakeholders; lead and coach Customer Experience Managers; ensure compliance with GDPR and sector requirements; manage data capture, dashboards and Board reporting.
