Administer and own the Agilix Buzz LMS: perform day-to-day administration, lead implementations and integrations, produce reports and analytics, document processes and data flows, troubleshoot and support users, train staff, and partner with instructional and vendor teams to improve system functionality and scalability.

Create and maintain compliant student course schedules, monitor graduation progress, review transcripts, and resolve scheduling issues. Partner proactively with students and families via phone, email, and chat to provide guidance and exceptional customer service. Lead, coach, and develop a team of online K-12 teachers and paraprofessionals to improve student engagement, retention, and outcomes. Observe instruction, provide actionable feedback, monitor data and interventions, handle escalations, run PD and hiring, and build systems and playbooks to ensure instructional consistency, responsiveness, and service-level expectations.
