Own the intake and onboarding process for students with IEPs: gather, verify, and transform documentation into compliant, organized records; coordinate with families and teams; schedule initial special education meetings; identify and resolve gaps; ensure timely, compliant handoffs to Special Education staff.

Administer and own the Agilix Buzz LMS: perform day-to-day administration, lead implementations and integrations, produce reports and analytics, document processes and data flows, troubleshoot and support users, train staff, and partner with instructional and vendor teams to improve system functionality and scalability.

Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Special Education teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure compliant, high-quality instruction. Monitor student engagement, IEP development and implementation, teacher performance, and intervention data. Conduct observations, 1:1 coaching, professional development, hiring support, and escalate/resolution work with families. Build systems, playbooks, and accountability structures while maintaining high responsiveness during fixed Mountain Time hours.

Provide high-quality inbound/outbound enrollment support for prospective and current students: educate families about programs, guide and complete enrollment, meet conversion and productivity KPIs (including ~80+ calls/day), document interactions, and maintain exceptional customer service in a full-time remote role with flexible hours including nights and weekends.
