Lead Fit4Less data strategy, manage a data team, own Tableau Online architecture, build automated reporting and data pipelines, ensure data governance and data-driven insights for stakeholders, and drive analytics projects and team development.

Lead and deliver multiple projects end-to-end using project management best practices. Organize and run meetings, maintain project documentation and plans, track deadlines, manage risks and issues, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Build team engagement, apply hybrid Agile/traditional approaches, and use PPM tools to drive consistent project success across the organization.

Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of private entities: journal entries, reconciliations, period-end close, and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Handle investments, intercompany transactions, foreign currency revaluations, payroll accounting, cash and disbursement management, and support audits and tax preparation. Use Excel, accounting systems, and basic SQL to extract and validate data, improve processes, and support system integrations.

Provide customer support for Fit4Less members via email and online chat. Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, process member account changes accurately, escalate complex issues, and serve as a product/service subject-matter expert while participating in team meetings and maintaining professional communications.
