Leads Tier 3 technical management and network support operations for large-scale IT environments. Supervises personnel, directs network and cloud infrastructure implementation, oversees systems engineering, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and provides technical guidance across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. Supports Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, VMware, security, storage, communications, and enterprise systems while monitoring performance and resolving complex infrastructure issues.

Serve as the single contractor point of contact overseeing day-to-day program operations for the DCMA Blue List Program. Manage staffing, resource-loaded IMS, schedule (CPM) analysis, deliverables, performance reporting, risk and issue mitigation, security/CUI compliance, and coordination with Government stakeholders. Ensure contractor personnel readiness, onboarding, and contract-quality management.

Lead and manage ServiceNow development and support teams, provide technical architecture and governance for ServiceNow implementations, oversee CMDB strategy and data quality, ensure SLA compliance, drive roadmap and analytics, manage incidents and vendor relationships, and support stakeholders in requirements and solution design.

Lead and supervise Tier 2 network operations staff supporting large-scale LAN/MAN/WAN and communications systems at Fort Sam Houston. Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, system configuration, SIEM event response, vulnerability remediation, cloud and on-premises components, and mentor help desk personnel while supporting 24/7 surge operations.

Provide Tier 1–3 network and cybersecurity support for ARNORTH networks (NIPRNET/SIPRNET and cloud), monitor and mitigate network events, perform lifecycle and configuration management, execute IAVM/CTO tasks, troubleshoot hardware/software/wireless, administer Microsoft Office 365 and other SaaS, and support 24/7 surge operations during exercises or real-world events.

Lead planning, integration, and delivery of complex IT projects across a DoD-classified enterprise. Manage vendor integration, documentation, risk, compliance with DoD cybersecurity and accreditation, and communicate technical impacts to leadership. Track progress, run meetings, and produce executive reporting while supporting sustainment and secure operations.

Support VV&A efforts by documenting and exercising processes, operating and troubleshooting systems, developing scripts/tools for performance assessment, preparing reports, maintaining documentation and the TRMC MAMBA site, and supporting training and Agile Scrum task tracking.

Provide procurement administration and documentation control for federal contracts: manage purchasing pipelines, vendor agreements, budgets, and contract deliverables; attend technical meetings to produce executive-level minutes; prepare and format reports and deliverables to federal standards; coordinate logistics and office administration under general supervision.

Provide on-site Tier III network, server, virtualization, and data center support to maintain >99.9% availability. Lead data center operations, administer physical and virtual infrastructure (VMware, EMC SAN), perform system administration, patching, recovery, troubleshooting, and document security incidents. Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Government personnel for complex issue resolution in a DoD environment.

Design, build, and sustain secure full-stack applications and CI/CD pipelines to deliver FEMA AI solutions across approved cloud and platform environments. Work includes PERN stack development, Terraform IaC, cloud integration (Azure/AWS/GCP), observability, accessibility compliance, security boundary support, and Agile collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deploy production-ready AI-enabled features like RAG chatbots and document processing.
