Lead strategic finance activities across Frontera's hybrid services and technology business. Build financial models, improve revenue and margin visibility, oversee close and accounting, partner cross-functionally to inform operating decisions, and scale finance systems, controls, and reporting for investor and board readiness.

Own technical success for clinic implementations and post-launch optimizations. Embed with customers to diagnose configuration, data, integration, and workflow gaps; build production-grade code, integrations, and reusable patterns; and partner with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and scale field operations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines powering ML training and inference. Ingest, transform, and serve large datasets (including video), evolve the platform data model, integrate third-party tools, and collaborate with ML scientists and clinicians to support experimentation and production ML workflows.

Lead strategic finance functions including financial modeling, forecasting, revenue and margin visibility, accounting oversight, and finance systems. Partner cross-functionally to improve unit economics, reporting, and decision-making across services, technology, and hybrid healthcare business models.

Lead design and build the integrations platform connecting internal services, partners, and EHRs. Own APIs, data pipelines, reliability, performance, and partner experience. Spend ~80% coding and 20% on technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure secure, scalable, HIPAA-compliant integrations.

Lead and scale the Customer Success function for clinic partners: directly manage key accounts, drive adoption and expansion via AI-augmented analytics, build CS playbooks and upsell motions, oversee support, mentor CSMs, and act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product and strategy.
