Performs standard accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, cost analysis, transaction posting, inventory control, and fixed-asset recordkeeping. Analyzes financial and operating data, prepares management reports, and supports financial reporting. The role requires knowledge of accounting principles, fund accounting, financial regulations, contracts and grants, spreadsheet tools, and computerized accounting systems.

Provides human resources support across employment, compensation and benefits administration, employee communications, records management, reporting, and employee assistance. Advises employees on HR-related questions and issues while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and compliance with employment laws. The role also requires knowledge of benefits programs, including FMLA, ADA, and leave of absence policies.
