Build and lead a company-wide Data Office focused on governance, transparency, data ownership, standards, and cross-functional coordination. Establish governance structures, develop Data Owner and Data Steward networks, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and create organizational foundations for analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.
