Provides specialized administrative support to the COO and senior staff: manages calendar and travel, drafts communications and reports, schedules and coordinates meetings, records minutes, prepares presentations and background materials, handles confidential correspondence, and coordinates executive workflows and meeting logistics.

Designs, delivers, and measures training programs across the company and stores. Conducts needs assessments, develops e-learning and instructor-led courses, partners with Sales and IT, tracks proficiency and learning impact, and supports leadership and employee development to improve performance and retention.
