Support the Glass Application team to scale lab innovations to industrial implementation: run lab tests, develop methodologies, support CAPEX, organize and conduct industrial and field trials across Europe, perform market and IP research, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Lead hourly recruitment for East Lime and Minerals divisions: source and attract candidates, manage screening and interviews, prepare offer letters, support onboarding and new-hire orientation, maintain Workday HRIS data and recruitment records, partner with hiring managers and external partners, support TA and HR initiatives including community outreach and recruitment analytics.

Lead development and execution of mid- and long-term corporate and asset strategies, design strategic initiatives, analyze markets and performance, prepare executive decision materials and KPIs, run cross-functional project teams, coordinate consultants, monitor project progress, and evaluate effectiveness to produce actionable recommendations.
