Design mechanical components for air pollution control and water treatment systems including tanks, piping, scrubbers, conveyors, and structural supports. Produce calculations, P&IDs/PFDs, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, nozzle schedules, and vendor/installation documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, prepare purchase requisitions and submittals, and ensure designs meet customer specifications and fabrication requirements.

Lead and execute all technical and commercial aspects of engineered projects: manage client communication, budgets, schedules, procurement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Fabrication, Service). Ensure contract and quality requirements are met, facilitate change orders, assist sales and service, and travel to field sites as needed (up to 25%).
