Design, develop, and support hydraulic systems for chassis manufacturing equipment and vehicle-integrated functions. Create schematics, select components, perform pressure/flow/load calculations, support installation and troubleshooting, ensure safety/regulatory compliance, work with vendors, and produce technical documentation.

Coordinates the design, installation, testing, commissioning, integration, and handover of ELV and low-current systems on construction and infrastructure projects. Reviews drawings and technical documentation, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, monitors site installation and project progress, resolves technical issues, supports inspections and quality compliance, and maintains as-built, testing, commissioning, and handover records.

Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, bills of materials, and tender submissions for ambulance conversions and specialist emergency vehicles. Interpret customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and engineering documents; calculate material, labor, subcontractor, tooling, logistics, and installation costs; evaluate supplier quotations; maintain pricing databases; and support sales, value engineering, scope changes, and commercial assessments.

Produce coordinated 3D BIM models and detailed shop drawings for wet and dry fire protection systems using Revit. Create and maintain Revit Families, perform clash detection (ACC/BIM 360/Revizto), coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain document control, and ensure compliance with Australian BIM standards and project requirements while supporting Australian projects remotely.
