Manages accounts receivable for resident accounts across multiple properties. Processes payments, subsidies, deposits, fees, credits, and ledger adjustments; reconciles accounts; researches and resolves discrepancies; maintains Yardi documentation; prepares reports; and collaborates with property management teams to address outstanding balances. Requires at least five years of accounts receivable experience, strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, accuracy, organization, and communication skills.

Provides administrative and resident support for property operations, including answering phones, managing files and work orders, processing rent payments in Yardi, preparing documents and reports, scheduling appointments, assisting with leases and applications, coordinating maintenance requests, tracking supplies, and resolving resident concerns. Requires strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with housing programs preferred.

Provides administrative support for property operations, including phones, visitors, files, work orders, rent collection, resident communications, scheduling, reporting, leasing assistance, inventory, and maintenance coordination. Supports a temporary 6–8 month lease-up assignment while following Fair Housing requirements and resolving resident concerns.
