Lead development and maintenance of resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project or Open Plan. Implement and support Earned Value Management, perform DCMA 14-point and critical path analyses, conduct schedule risk analyses, produce IPMR Format 6, and maintain schedule/EVM processes for DoD contracts.

Provide program planning and scheduling support for DoD clients: develop, baseline, and maintain resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); implement and integrate Earned Value Management (EVMS); perform DCMA 14-point, critical path, and schedule risk analyses; generate IPMR Format 6 reports; support program management across proposal, development, production, and sustainment phases.

Provide program-level earned value management and cost control support for government contracts. Prepare and analyze CPR/IPMR deliverables, EACs, billings, and cash collections; support audits and DCMA communications; act as tool SME for Deltek Cobra/Oracle/Microsoft toolsets and guide program financial performance reviews.
