Perform program life-cycle cost estimates, O&S and economic analyses, assess credibility of government and industry cost estimates, conduct variance and risk analysis, document and present results, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with clients and IPTs.

Provide systems engineering, test & evaluation, programmatic and configuration management support to a naval acquisition program office. Duties include developing SE/T&E plans and documentation, facilitating reviews and working groups, managing technical baselines, tracking risks/actions, and liaising with stakeholders and labs.

Perform program life-cycle cost estimates, cost/benefit and economic analyses, assess credibility of government and industry cost estimates and proposals, conduct risk and sensitivity analysis, document and present results, train junior analysts, and support integrated project teams with clear communication and leadership.

Develop automated tools and dashboards, perform variance analysis, reconcile expenditures, prepare Congressional and POM budget exhibits, evaluate contractor cost estimates, mentor junior analysts, and present analytical results to senior leadership.

Lead RMF efforts to achieve/renew ATOs for platform IT systems, develop and review A&A documentation, analyze system scans (SCAP/ACAS), ensure STIG/SRG compliance, identify vulnerabilities in software/hardware/architecture, advise DoD customers, mentor team members, and present findings to decision makers.
