Lead cost and economic analyses for federal defense and civil programs, develop life‑cycle cost estimates, risk and sensitivity analyses, evaluate government and industry estimates and proposals, present and defend results, mentor junior analysts, and improve cost estimating techniques.

Develop and analyze early-stage schedule estimates and project schedules for major capital infrastructure projects. Collect and normalize project data, establish WBS, identify critical milestones/paths, maintain version control, track baselines, perform what-if and uncertainty analyses, and report progress to project teams.

Support all phases of PPBE budget lifecycle including formulation, execution, cost and funds control, financial modeling, EVM, reporting, and program management support.
