Supports daily team operations by supervising staff, training team members, monitoring inventory, placing orders, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with the Manager to achieve business goals and maintain excellent customer service.

Provides administrative, coordination, reporting, procurement, financial, vendor, and documentation support to the IT PMO. Maintains project trackers, governance artifacts, meeting records, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and project data. Coordinates stakeholders, vendors, milestones, risks, issues, and handoffs for IT initiatives and workstreams. Supports reporting, process improvements, onboarding, training, and leadership requests while developing project management capabilities.
