Lead HR technology and people analytics strategy: manage HRIS systems, ensure data integrity and compliance, deliver workforce insights and dashboards, lead HRIS team, drive integrations and system enhancements to support compensation, time management, and workforce planning.

Lead and scale Boot Barn's data science function: define strategy, build high-performing teams, deliver production ML and generative AI solutions across personalization, forecasting, pricing, marketing, and operations, and partner with cross-functional leaders to measure and drive business impact.
