Manage and resolve employee relations issues through objective investigations, documentation, and remediation. Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, weekly and rush payment runs, rent payments, and vendor setups. Verify approvals, assign GL codes, handle sales/use tax notation, upload invoice distributions into Great Plains, resolve AP issues, and support accounting management requests.

Own full-cycle field recruiting for store and field roles: source candidates, manage ATS pipelines, partner with hiring managers, run job fairs, draft offers, analyze recruitment data, and support new store/onboarding tasks to build a timely talent pool.
