Lead daily IS&T support desk operations, provide first- and second-level application and desktop support, manage online ordering and VOIP/MDM platforms, oversee device lifecycle and intern staff, coordinate with vendors, produce routine reports and spreadsheets, maintain documentation, perform system maintenance and testing, and ensure data integrity and service excellence across supported systems.
