Coordinates the full grant lifecycle by maintaining calendars, records, funding pipelines, application materials, reporting schedules, and electronic files. Monitors deadlines and deliverables, researches funding opportunities, summarizes requirements, and coordinates information across program, finance, compliance, and operational teams. Assists with drafting and editing proposals, reports, letters, and presentations; tracks application outcomes and supports post-award handoffs and process improvements.

Develops and submits compelling grant proposals, concept papers, applications, renewals, and related funding materials. Researches funding opportunities, assesses organizational fit, interprets complex requirements, coordinates internal and external contributors, and ensures compliant, accurate, timely submissions. Collaborates with program leaders, Finance, executives, data teams, funders, and community partners while managing multiple proposal projects. Supports grant reports, post-award communications, reusable content, and continuous improvement based on funder feedback.

Supports accurate, timely payroll processing with primary responsibility for retirement plan contributions, payroll and benefits reconciliations, clearing accounts, documentation, and related reporting. Assists with biweekly payroll, corrections, accruals, audits, month-end close, employee payroll inquiries, system implementations, and process improvements. Works closely with Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and external benefit providers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
