Perform field audits of completed utility locates to verify accuracy, compliance with company and state one-call laws, inspect documentation, document deficiencies, coach technicians, track trends, and collaborate with operations leadership to ensure corrective actions and safety standards are met.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications, APIs, and backend services. Build system integrations, automation, and data pipelines using Azure tooling. Support ETL/ELT, data quality, and BI efforts. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in architecture, testing, and deployments, and collaborate with analytics and business stakeholders to enable reliable operational and reporting data.

Provide FP&A support for the utility locating business: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, reporting, and cross-functional partnership to drive profitability, compliance, and operational insights.

Provide front-line administrative support including customer interaction, maintaining customer documentation, ordering supplies, inventory control, fleet and equipment coordination, dispatching, tracking damage reports, and assisting recruiting as needed.
