Lead and hands-on design of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment in CAD; mentor engineers and technicians; run design reviews; drive process development, continuous improvement, NPI, equipment selection, cost reduction, and quality/compliance efforts across production and R&D.

Support technical sales for engineered manufacturing solutions: conduct discovery, create proposals and quotes, validate feasibility with Engineering/Production, manage customer meetings and CRM records, and help drive pipeline and timely order fulfillment.

Ensure data integrity across purchasing, sales, and quoting; build Excel and Power BI reports; support cross-functional stakeholders; audit data, resolve discrepancies, and participate in D365 enhancements and testing.

Plan, coordinate, and drive internal production projects from initiation to completion. Maintain detailed schedules, manage material allocation and POs/invoices, align resources and capacity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee job shop and inter-company builds, and deliver regular status and continuous improvement to meet build commitments.

Own and translate the 3–12 month demand signal into a capacity-validated master schedule for an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. Lead demand reviews and SI&OP cycles, run RCCP and scenario analyses, manage long-lead pre-commitments, maintain D365 scheduling data and Power BI dashboards, and align Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance on a single set of numbers to meet customer delivery commitments.
