Lead and build a 24/7 incident response function for HPC and multi-tenant cloud environments. Own major incident command, forensic readiness, detection-to-containment runbooks mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, and drive engineering remediation with enforceable SLAs. Instrument metrics (MTTD/MTTA/MTTC/MTTR), operate Jira Service Management and paging integrations, and run tabletop/red-team exercises while partnering with Security and Platform Engineering.

Design, integrate, and optimize high-performance storage architectures for HPC, AI/ML, and data-intensive workloads. Capture requirements, design end-to-end solutions (parallel file systems, object storage, tiering), lead proofs-of-concept and benchmarking, implement automation (Ansible, Terraform), tune Linux storage stacks and protocols, and advise customers and vendors on scalable, resilient storage deployments.

Evaluate, design, and integrate next-generation networking technologies for HPC. Benchmark and validate hardware/software in lab environments, optimize network and system performance, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and translate requirements into scalable production-ready HPC solutions.

Lead planning and execution of cross-functional value-creation programs by building integrated plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, producing executive-ready communications, facilitating workshops, performing deep-dive analyses, and improving delivery methodologies to ensure alignment of schedules, budgets, KPIs, and stakeholders toward strategic objectives.

Design, deploy, and operate multi-petabyte, scale-out storage for HPC; automate storage operations (IaC); troubleshoot and optimize researcher workflows; collaborate with networks, vendors (DELL, VAST, HPE, RUBRIK), and software teams.
