Provide administrative and operational support across Customer Service, Operations, Accounting, and Marketing for restoration projects. Duties include customer communications backup, scheduling and project coordination, data entry and recordkeeping, accounts payable support, social media content posting assistance, and supporting daily office operations to maintain efficient project flow and positive customer experience.
