Support product development and lifecycle for laminate flooring: manage market intelligence and product data, coordinate item creation and labeling, review first-article runs, handle internal product inquiries, maintain customer web product information, coordinate sampling, and work cross-functionally for process improvements and launches.

Develop and maintain customer relationships and sell Kronospan wood panel products within a designated region. Deliver presentations, generate and follow up on leads, prepare quotes/contracts and RFP/RFI responses, meet sales quotas, forecast and report sales, train and manage sales staff, and ensure accurate pricing and documentation. Collaborate with plant management and internal teams to close deals and support customer needs.
