Field-based entry-level role building and maintaining relationships with dental offices, coordinating outreach events, tracking referral activity, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing feedback from the field to support growth and engagement.

The Senior Accountant supervises accounting operations and financial close processes, prepares financial statements, manages general ledger activities and company credit card reconciliations, and maintains accounting policies and internal controls. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, compliance, and process improvement while providing guidance to bookkeeping and accounts payable staff. The position is based in Des Plaines, Illinois, with Monday-Friday hours and occasional Saturdays and holidays.

Oversee purchasing operations, inventory replenishment, and supply chain logistics across multi-site clinics. Lead supplier sourcing and negotiations, manage contracts and vendor performance, implement inventory management systems, audit inventory, partner with Finance on reporting, reduce costs and waste, and develop procurement KPIs and contingency plans.

Provide daily IT operations and project support including asset management, documentation, procurement, provisioning, imaging, onsite/remote support, and coordinating OEM/MSP projects. Manage project plans, runbooks, SLAs, vendor procurement, and training; travel to local and out-of-state sites and support IT deployments and migrations.

Conduct in-field market visits and neighborhood assessments to validate analytics, scout referral and partnership opportunities, research insurance and competitors, monitor practice acquisition leads, maintain databases, and provide field-based insights to support site selection and market expansion.
