Coordinate and manage workforce development, student/resident placements, onboarding, compliance tracking (licensure, NHSC/HRSA), training administration, performance review coordination, and workforce reporting. Serve as liaison with educational partners, support learning systems (ADP, Lattice, LMS), and promote employee engagement and continuous improvement across the organization.

Coordinate and execute employee engagement, internal communications, events, recognition programs, community outreach, and employer branding. Manage SharePoint intranet, create visual and written content, oversee swag and branded materials, support onboarding and People Operations tasks, and chair engagement committees. Plan event logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
