Lead and manage board governance for CalArts and its VCFA affiliate, coordinating agendas, materials, bylaws, meeting logistics, board communications, orientations, and executive support. Oversee an assistant, maintain board records/portals, draft resolutions and legal documents, and partner with senior leadership to align board activities with institutional strategy while ensuring confidentiality and governance best practices.
