Serve as a strategic HR partner administering benefits, leave programs, employee relations, compliance, HR operations, performance management, and engagement. Support onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS records (Paylocity), assist with investigations, audits, reporting, and payroll coordination while promoting a positive employee experience and organizational culture.

Oversee daily operations of the Immigrant Welcome Center in Kankakee, supervise case managers and outreach workers, conduct client intake and outreach, collect and analyze program data, ensure grant compliance and reporting, coordinate community partnerships and participant groups, and support program quality and strategic initiatives.
