Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership including scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, minute-taking, event planning, travel arrangements, budgeted purchases, and safety compliance. Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure efficient executive operations.

Provide operational support and administration for hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, AD), networks, servers, and identity platforms. Troubleshoot incidents, perform provisioning, patching, and lifecycle maintenance, support projects and deployments, assist security/compliance and DR efforts, document procedures, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure system reliability and continuity.

Create and manage 3D electrical models for construction projects, perform clash detection and resolution, produce 2D CAD drawings and as-built deliverables, coordinate with field teams and contractors, mentor junior VDC staff, and recommend process improvements.

Provides administrative and customer service support for branch operations: coordinates meetings and events, handles calls and mail, maintains records and supplies, assists field staff and project managers, tracks safety documentation, and fosters cross-department collaboration and process improvements.

Support planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of project/program financial and operational performance. Prepare recurring financial, KPI, and customer reports; analyze budgets, costs, labor, and profitability; maintain dashboards and reporting databases; support month-end close, forecasting, invoicing, audits, and process improvements; collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Project Management.

Lead customer engagement, scope and estimate machine safety and automation programs, design safety system architectures, mentor engineers, ensure cross-functional handoffs, and support sales through technical proposals and roadmaps while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional/technical specs, create wireframes and process flows, coordinate implementation, assist with testing/UAT, produce documentation and training, and act as liaison between business and IT.

Coordinate project billing and administrative tasks across construction sites, including preparing invoices, certified payroll, change orders, vendor communication, document management, cost tracking, and supporting reconciliations and forecasting with the Project Accountant.

Design, program, and commission machine vision inspection systems integrated with PLCs and automation hardware. Support project execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement while developing technical skills in vision hardware, lighting/optics, PLC communications, and safety practices.
