Provide paralegal support for fiduciary litigation across case lifecycle: client intake, calendaring, discovery and e-discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, trial preparation and support, appeals, e-filing, legal research, and client/Clerk communications.

Provide high-level administrative and litigation-specific support for fiduciary litigation attorneys: prepare and proofread legal documents, perform e-filings, manage iManage electronic files, calendar litigation deadlines, open matters and run conflicts, enter billable time, coordinate billing and logistics for trials/depositions, and assist with billing, travel, and other administrative tasks.

Provide legal and administrative support for eminent domain and right-of-way matters: manage case files, draft documents, coordinate title and property activities, prepare litigation/hearing materials, communicate with clients and third parties, track parcels and deadlines, and maintain document systems.

Lead firmwide visual branding by independently conceiving and executing complex design projects across print, digital, and social channels. Build templates, manage multiple projects, coordinate vendors, support web and email design (HTML/CSS), oversee asset governance, and ensure compliance with legal advertising requirements. Collaborate with attorneys and marketing teams and leverage AI-assisted tools to produce high-quality marketing collateral and presentations.

Coordinate client and matter billing, manage prebills and invoices, ensure compliance with engagement terms and firm billing guidelines, set up special billing arrangements, support audits, and collaborate with attorneys and accounting leadership.
