Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, deliver client service for renewals, endorsements, billing and policy changes, identify coverage gaps and discounts, requote/remarket policies, support sales agents, maintain accurate documentation, and build relationships with clients and carriers.

Manage and retain a complex commercial insurance book, lead renewals and client communications, prepare submissions and policies, oversee certificates and billing, and mentor account staff while collaborating with producers for new business and onboarding.

Provide foundational claims support: manage claim intake and reporting, maintain documentation and agency management system notes, track claim status, coordinate with adjusters and internal teams, assist with loss runs and basic summaries, schedule reviews, and deliver professional client communication.
