Support outreach and engagement across social media and direct marketing channels. Create accessible, ADA-compliant content, coordinate with department leads and design team, manage community outreach/events, respond to user inquiries, track metrics, and obtain approvals. Attend in-person meetings across NYC and maintain program-brand consistency while meeting deadlines and supporting multiple projects.

Process timesheets and enter billing data daily; reconcile billing system with session notes and insurance billing; prepare audit documents; maintain billing records and reports; resolve discrepancies; ensure policy compliance and provide customer-facing communication.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to the CEO: manage complex calendar and travel, screen communications, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare briefing materials, transcribe notes and action items, maintain confidential records, support governance compliance, create project plans and dashboards, and perform related duties to ensure efficient executive operations.
